The Court of Protection and Office of the Public Guardian have been set up to protect and manage the financial and property affairs of people with mental incapacity.

Here at Newmans we can give advice and practical assistance in all associated areas including advice on Lasting Powers of Attorney and ever conscious of the sensitive nature of such matters we are happy to meet clients in their own homes and to liaise with family, friends and medical advisers to ensure our clients best interests are met.
